The hotel was very friendly clean the pool area was also very clean and tidy, The food at the hotel was really nice and a big variety.. really enjoyed my 3 days and higly reccomend this hotel

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, stayed B&B and the choice for breakfast was amazing, menu at pool bar very reasonable and tasty too! Theres a bus stop right by the hotel & only 2 euros into Palma and there's a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova as well! It is located up a big hill with lots of steps which I didn't mind but those less mobile would struggle..the same if you had pushchairs.

just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower.

Hotel amazing, nice set out, clean, lovely food and friendly staff. To leave hotel requires a good walk, bus or taxi as itvis isolated, which can be a positive. Free bus good.

Pool is good, parking unknown, Bar is 2-stars max, boutique is just swimwear, close by are beaches and good restaurants. Pay a bit more and choose Nixe Palace instead.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is helpful. I was in a single room which has a tiny shower I barely could fit in but other than that all good! Its a 4 stars hotel but don't expect a water bottle or coffee maker in the room.

Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back.

Shared facilities were really nice, rooms were a bit on the small side for families. Food was generally good, although any meat and fish cooked on main the grill by the chefs was pretty bad.

Great short break

Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight.

Generally, we had a fine stay at this property. Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Food at the buffet was average. Pool was big, nice and clean. It’s not close to the city and requires a bus to get there. This is really a hotel for families looking to stay at the pool the entire trip and like the “unlimited experience”. Not good for backpackers, those looking for culture or real experience.

Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend! Only issue was air conditioning blowing hot air and unable to adjust for individual room. Was told by front desk, it’s set for all rooms. Still would book here again though. Absolutely amazing experience!

Lovely clean hotel with huge warm pool. Free air conditioned shuttle bus to Palm Nova beach was appreciated. Taxi into Palma was only 15 euros. Lots of steps to get down and back from Cala Major - lovely beach restaurant in sandy bay but parts of this area are a bit run down. However with Palma and Palma Nova so easy to access this was not an issue for us! Great value for money.
