"The stay was fantastic!!! First off the staff is truly incredible. They go above and beyond for the guests and make you feel right at home. Service was 10/10. We were impressed with the quality of the food at the hotel and options for breakfast and dinner. We did not have high expectations for the half board / buffet style but it was probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Each night offered new cuisines and delicacies. I give it a 8/10 for the dinner buffet and 9/10 for the breakfast. Solely because for breakfast I was expecting like a continental style but they had everything imaginable. Really great. The hotel, rooms, and pools are immaculately maintained. The beach club and surrounding Cala water is truly breathtaking. I’ve never seen water that blue before, and the access point via the stairs is clutch. Cool spots to jump into the water beside it as well ranging from 2-10ft. I’d say my only suggestion would be to offer water to guests at dinner. I regularity bought bottles of wine but felt like water should be provided. Especially when it’s provided at breakfast, you know? That’s truly my only negative feedback. Overall, we had an amazing time and will be back!!"

"The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach, and the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Our room was a good size and had a nice view overlooking the pool, which was a bonus. The hotel is about an hour from Palma Airport, so it’s worth keeping the transfer time in mind. The food could definitely use an upgrade, and the amenities were somewhat limited. If you’re planning to explore the surrounding area, I would recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting out and about much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms."

"A great hotel for a stay in Palma - a 10 mins walk to the centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The facilities are modest but a great addition, a pool on the roof and a gym and suana/ spa in the basement. There is parking here too. The breakfast was great, fresh and wide choice and the restaurent was well regarded - but we did not use it. The staff were ll lovely and and very helpful. Would stay again"

"Nice hotel. Good location if you like a lively atmosphere. The load SJ at the pool and live music until 11.00 - which could be heard through the 10th floor windows - wasn’t something my 9 year old enjoyed but probably great for a party group."
