Very nice quirky hotel in a in a lovely area, frendly staff. A few things could be improved like i was in a basement room which was fine as it was lovely but it had a strange smell as if they had put something to maybe cover a damp musky smell not unusual for Mallorca there is only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom,bedside tables would be good and the hallway to the room was on quite a steep incline and the flooring was a lino that was a bit slippy not good for me having just had a knee replacement and am still struggling with walking a flooring with some grip would be far better. Nice selection for breakfast.

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Unser Zimmer war schön und modern gestaltet und ruhig zu einem Innenhof hin gelegen. Toll war, dass wir einen kleinen Balkon hatten. Unser Badezimmer war mit einer Glasscheibe und einem halbtrabsparenten Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt - das ist vielleicht nicht für jedermann, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, das Frühstück war immer frisch und reichhaltig. Falls es uns noch einmal nach Sóller verschlägt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

Koselig hotel i Soller sentrum
Koselig lite hotel midt i en gågate i Soller sentrum. Rommet vårt lå i under etg med et uterom hvor vi så dagslys. Badet avdelt med en gardin, kanskje ikke så atraktivt for alle. Et bakeri som nabo som begynte tidlig på jobb derfor en del støy.

Eine kleines, charmantes Hotel. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern (Bad & Schlaf-/ Wohnbereich). Die Einrichtung ist wirklich hübsch, mit ein paar Gebrauchsspuren und passend zum Altbau/ Jugendstil des Hotels. Es gibt einen Safe, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Aufenthalt in Sóller. Zum direkten Zentrum sind es nicht einmal 3 Minuten zu Fuß und das Hotel befindet sich in einer hübschen Einkaufsstraße. Man bekommt hier wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption bekommt man zu fast jedem Thema Auskunft und wirklich nützliche Hinweise. Alles in allem waren wir sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge och okej frukost. Väldigt lyhört och det behövds en mindre renovering av rummen med ingen toalettdörr och flagnande färg. I övrigt väldigt bra läge!

The hotel is in a brilliant position and close to everything, the bus is about 10 minutes walk. I guess our only real issue with the hotel is that there’s no proper door for the toilet / bathroom which is a little odd. There’s only a curtain for privacy. Also, the tv didn’t work for the entire stay. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and the the two gentlemen who work there are lovely and we’re very helpful. I highly recommend the Ca’n Limonona pasta restaurant literally 30 seconds walk up the lane.

Hotel was quiet but in a great location near the main square. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not quite as nice as we had expected. Our room was pretty small and there was no real wall between the bedroom and the bathroom (just a transparent curtain in front of the toilet). The breakfast was very basic. The staff was not exactly overly motivated.

Attention! il faut avertir l'établissement de l'heure de votre arrivée puisque la réception n'est pas ouverte en PM et en soirée. Autrement, personnel très serviable, chambre propre et très jolie, bon petit déjeuner et emplacement génial ! Merci Lluna Aqua :)

Cet hôtel est inaccessible. J'ai voulu annuler la réservations, impossible de les joindre ni par téléphone, ni par mail et quand j'ai décidé de passer pour les prévenir de mon intention d'annuler, impossible d'y accéder . Une très mauvaise adresse qui m'a coûté cher.

Our reception is always available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in person and from this time we have an emergency and consultation telephone number that is posted at the entrance door and also in the reservations, where we always attend. We couldn't trace your calls so we think there was an error. The hotel is not inaccessible since it is located in the nerve center of Sóller. Nettes Hotel mit grossartiger Lage mitten in der Stadt, 5 Minuten Fussweg bis zur berühmten Strassenbahn. Das Hotel selbst ist romantisch und mit einem intessanten Mix eingerichtet. Auch wenn unser Zimmer nichts mit denn Fotos im Inserat zu tun hatte, sind wir zufrieden. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war problemlos. Der Service beim Frühstück sehr nett.

Poor condition
Small cramped room , tired condition despite being fairly new. Poor or non existent service. we arrived and could not gain access to hotel. The telephone number on Hotels.com was for a service company that stopped dealing with hotel in April and when I called the mobile number on the front door to gain access to the key lock box the phone rang out 3 times whilst I called then the owner of the phone switched it off. They eventually answered hours later when I called again and mumbles some rubbish about having sent me the code. Breakfast was good apart from serving concentrated orange juice !......really in Spain and NOT real Orange juice, how much did they save for that mistake !!!!

I, who was the one who answered the phone, phone that actually answered on the third call, my apologies, but never turn off. From the moment you formalized your reservation until you entered the hotel, I did not arrive within an hour. As for a lousy service, my sincere apologies. You seemed happy during your breakfast and at your farewell. Regarding the nonsense that he muttered, I actually told him on the phone that we had sent him the instructions as it had been. I try not to say a lot of nonsense but some escapes me. I am delighted to learn every day and to have dealt with you. All the best.

Be careful if you book out of hours ie after 3pm
Booked one night at 5pm for the day itself which is later than the norm i appreciate. I received an email confirmation immediately and then received two more emails asking what time i was aiming to arrive. I replied immediately stating 9pm. As we set off for the hotel i realised I hadn’t received a reply. Reading the comments on hotels.com i knew out of norm hours checkin was an issue. I frantically called the phone number in the confirmation email only to learn it was out of date. It was for another hotel which had disassociated itself from the hotel in April 2021. I was now driving through the mountains with little reception not knowing where my wife and child would be sleeping that night which was super stressful and very unnecessary. We arrived at the hotel at 930pm i called the emergency number listed on the front door 5 times and eventually got through to ‘remote reception’. Once I received the welcome instructions things improved but it was all so avoidable. Room 111 was quirky but quite nice. Breakfast was fresh and generous Location is amazing on just off the main square. Great if you are walking stressful if you have a car to park or unload. Be prepared to park at one of the two public car parks not difficult but just be prepared

Normalmente incluso nos olvidamos de esta politica de cancelacion para el beneficio del cliente pero en su caso,no teniamos margen de tiempo. Good stay
The hotel cancelled our reservation due to flooding and rebooked us at a partner hotel last minute. The hotel was very nice and the staff was accommodating. The location was excellent, a few minutes from the port.

Room not matching expactations.
The room did not match our expectations. It was in the basement, it was very damp and not at all as beautiful as in the images on the booking site.

Good morning dear customer. We are very sorry that your stay with us was not as pleasant as you expected. Sóller is a valley between the sea and the Tramuntana, our climate is tropical and the humidity is very high at this time of year. That is why all our rooms have air conditioning with the option of a dehumidifier. We do not usually have criticism in this regard but we will work so that it does not happen again. Our maximum interest is the well-being of the guest and in that we work to improve day by day. Thanks a lot.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Lluna Aqua Sóller, vor allem wegen des sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Services! Die Lage im Zentrum von Sóller fanden wir ebenfalls super. Das Ambiente war nett und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Das Zimmer lag im oberen Stock und war ok, allerdings schon ziemlich klein und dunkel (historisches Haus mit kleinen Fenstern) - die nicht-vorhandene Tür zum Bad/WC gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben uns, trotz der genannten Abstriche, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Parfait, en plein centre et très mignon
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel en plein centre de Soller avec une petite rue très mignonne. Des commerces à proximité. La chambre est très jolie, grande, bien équipée, avec une petite vue. Dû à la fermeture des restaurants, il était possible de se faire à manger au niveau de la réception et de la salle à manger. Personnel très agréable et au soin. Je recommande fortement !

Personnel au top
Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute. La déco des chambres est soignée, et la literie confortable. Il y a un parking à 5 minutes à pied qui est gratuit durant les week-ends et la nuit. L’emplacement en plein centre de Soller est idéal. Je recommande cet hôtel.
