Fabulous little gem in sollier

The hotel is one of life’s little gems . it’s beautiful and was wonderful to stay the rooms are all different and it is very comfortable, cannot fault anything the staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble.directions and very helpful with bus and taxi services. I will definitely be visiting again 100 % breakfast was delicious and so fresh cannot fault in any way jannine

No parking near the hotel. No door to bathroom just a curtain. Threadbare towels and no duvet covers on stained duvets . Poor quality food and drink at breakfast. Photo of hotel on website was of port de Soller not Soller town . Misleading hotel description on website .

Because of no parking Space close to hôtel no possible to stop. Inside hôtel i don’t know we sent to the beach to sleep in the car! With two small kid wasn’t fantastic!

Great authenticat hotel in center Soller

My stay at the hotel was nice, the hotel is very authentic and everything original. Placed perfect, very close to Soller center. The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffe was poor quality. The bed was fantastisk, and the reseption very helpful. The hotel gets my best recommendation.

Hotel is located very close to the centre, shopping and restaurants. Loved the decor, breakfast, coffee was good and amazing staff. Also, we wanted to take the tram to Port, so hotel is like 7 minutes walking distance from the tram stop. The only issue was that our room didn’t have any doors to the bathroom/shower which is not giving any privacy when 2 people are staying together. Also, please be prepared to be looking for street parking or parking lots, we have to download app and be adding money, since it is allowing to pay only for 2 or 3 hours, it was a bit challenging to find parking since streets are very narrow, we visited in May, so could only imagine how it is during the busy season.

The location is superb and offers great value for the area. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful when we requested a room change. Our second room was lovely, which shows the hotel definitely has 4-star potential. Unfortunately, our first night was spent in the infamous Room 101 (basement level), which ruined the overall experience. The air conditioning was broken, extremely noisy, and could not be switched off. Furthermore, the "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together that kept sliding apart, causing me to fall into the gap throughout the night. We initially wanted to give this hotel a 4/5 because the service and the second room were so good. However, after checking Google reviews post-stay, we realized that the exact issues with Room 101 (the AC, bed & cleanliness) have been reported by guests for months. It is disappointing that the management continues to rent out this specific room despite knowing its condition. While the staff are doing their best, they needs to either renovate Room 101 or stop booking it until it is fixed. We are leaving a 2-star review to raise awareness for users; if you stay here, the hotel is great—just make sure you aren't placed in the basement!

Winziges Zimmer mit allem Nötigen, Mitten im Zentrum. Für 8 Gäste wurden 6 Gipfeli aufgetischt. Wir haben eines bekommen und es war super lecker. Aber schon etwas doofe Situation und ob es irgendwann Nachschub gab können wir nicht sagen... auf jeden Fall nicht in der nachfolgen 1/2 Stunde. Alles in allem hat es für 1 Nacht gepasst. Super zentral und doch ruhig.

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Unser Zimmer war schön und modern gestaltet und ruhig zu einem Innenhof hin gelegen. Toll war, dass wir einen kleinen Balkon hatten. Unser Badezimmer war mit einer Glasscheibe und einem halbtrabsparenten Vorhang vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt - das ist vielleicht nicht für jedermann, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, das Frühstück war immer frisch und reichhaltig. Falls es uns noch einmal nach Sóller verschlägt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

Very nice quirky hotel in a in a lovely area, frendly staff. A few things could be improved like i was in a basement room which was fine as it was lovely but it had a strange smell as if they had put something to maybe cover a damp musky smell not unusual for Mallorca there is only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom,bedside tables would be good and the hallway to the room was on quite a steep incline and the flooring was a lino that was a bit slippy not good for me having just had a knee replacement and am still struggling with walking a flooring with some grip would be far better. Nice selection for breakfast.

I am not able to put the video, the sheets had holes, the paint was peeling everywhere especially in the bathroom in addition to the mold, we were shown another room which was in the same condition, we left and the hotel did not want to reimburse us

The hotel is in a brilliant position and close to everything, the bus is about 10 minutes walk. I guess our only real issue with the hotel is that there’s no proper door for the toilet / bathroom which is a little odd. There’s only a curtain for privacy. Also, the tv didn’t work for the entire stay. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and the the two gentlemen who work there are lovely and we’re very helpful. I highly recommend the Ca’n Limonona pasta restaurant literally 30 seconds walk up the lane.

Eine kleines, charmantes Hotel. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern (Bad & Schlaf-/ Wohnbereich). Die Einrichtung ist wirklich hübsch, mit ein paar Gebrauchsspuren und passend zum Altbau/ Jugendstil des Hotels. Es gibt einen Safe, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Aufenthalt in Sóller. Zum direkten Zentrum sind es nicht einmal 3 Minuten zu Fuß und das Hotel befindet sich in einer hübschen Einkaufsstraße. Man bekommt hier wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption bekommt man zu fast jedem Thema Auskunft und wirklich nützliche Hinweise. Alles in allem waren wir sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub.
