Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!).
