The staff was very helpful, especially helping me with a rental car. The breakfast was very complete, but I expected higher quality. My breakfast comparison was a hotel in Madrid which cost about the same per night.

Great hotel, with a friendly knowledgeable staff, in a nice location right outside the old town. Safe neighborhood right next to Palma Police Station. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Clean with well layed out rooms. Limited parking in the garage, but street parking available. We enjoyed our Saturday!

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Breakfast was great and we had some snacks/drinks at the pool which were also really nice. Would highly recommend to others and if would happily return!

Lovely modern hotel in a great location down a quiet side street. The breakfast is amazing value. There is a large choice including smoked salmon and many different cheeses as well as hot options. The coffee is excellent from self service coffee machines. The rooms are not large but they are very comfortable. If you don’t like the pillows ask at reception as they have a pillow menu. The rooftop area is small but we always managed to get a seat after a hard day sightseeing. The only downside is the set up of the bathroom. It is lovely with a big walk in shower and a separate room for the toilet but it does not have a proper door and is directly opposite the bed so not very private as the door is like a western style saloon door so open at the top and bottom. We would definitely stay again

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, super clean and had fabulous facilities. Roof top pool was wonderful in the sunshine. Room well equipped toiletries nice and powerful shower. Only feedback would be poor quality cheap coffee/tea a nespresso would have been nice and a bottle of water or refill would have been appreciated otherwise fantastic hotel. Location was wonderful able to walk everywhere in teh city yet very quiet for sleeping.

The staff at this property were amazing and so helpful. I felt safe and relaxed here. I would recommend this property to those who are LGBT which is always a concern when traveling. Wonderful place! My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and sauna very much.
