This is an amazing hotel. The room was equipped with a bit dated furniture and there is no fridge in the rooms, but the lobby and the pool area are both absolutely stunning. I really liked my stay over there. And the staff is amazing, too. I would be happy to come back to this hotel again.

Quality of window blind was poor, it was so heavy and only used two strings to hold it. One string was broken and the other one snapped when I tried to open the blind. Hotel itself is quiet however there were loud music from the nearby restaurants you could heard.

It is a nice place, but definitely needs some improvement, on main entrance. My shower was clogged. The food is really bad and very expensive.

Hotel Los Robles is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. We are happy we are spending another night at the end of our vacation.

The rooms and property were fairly nice but the water was off completely both nights we stayed there after around 10pm and came back around 8am. We were also woken up by very loud construction work both morning at 7am which seemed a bit early. The front desk were very helpful setting up transportation though and the included breakfast was delicious.

Buen servicio
El servicio está súper bueno y todos amables . El cuarto era bonito y la piscina y restaurante muy buenos . Lamentablemente el baño en el cuarto estaba un poco sucio y bastante viejo. Si no fuera por eso daria mejor nota al hotel !

Quiet oasis in the middle of a bustling city
This is an amazing and cozy hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Managua. The service is fantastic and the location convenient to pretty much anything you might be interested in doing.

The staff is super nice and very-very friendly... They are always smiling and it is very pleasant to deal with happy people. They make you feel like at home all the time...This is my second stay at Hotel Los Robles in a month. And I hope to stay go back soon.

Great location and easily walkable to the metro centre and a few other nice locations. Wonderful property in old historic building with mondern amenities.

The location was good and easy for my driver to pick me up and bring me back everyday. The staff was excellent, very friendly! ... The food in the restaurant was delicious! The hotel is very quite and peaceful.

This boutique hotel is wonderful. It's 20 minutes from the airport (at least for early morning flights), the grounds are lovely, the staff fantastic. There are several pubs and places to eat within a couple of blocks.

急病になっても、夜間はホテルの人が一人もいなくて死ぬ思いをした。日雇いのようなセキュリティの人がいたが、救急車の番号も分からず、携帯も持っていない状態でとても不安を感じた。

This hotel is amazing! A beautiful large old style colonial home in immaculate condition. Beautiful garden and pool area. The restaurant is amazing. Beautiful and high quality food. But the very best part was the staff. From the security people who greeted us at the front gate to every single employee that we had contact with, all were genuinely great people with smiles!

Tenia tres habitaciones reservadas, dos "estándar" y una "superior" porque ya no quedaban mas "estandar". Llegamos de noche, nos dio las llaves el personal de seguridad. Las tres habitaciones eran iguales, no habia diferencia. Las habitaciones estan bien, en general las instalaciones del hotel estan bien. El desayuno está correcto. El personal me dio una informacion incorrecta sobre la factura, me ofrecieron enviarmela y al final despues de tres llamadas desde el extranjero, despues de haberme ido, me explicaron que no podian darmela, porque me habia cobrado Expedia.

Estimado Sr. Calzadilla Deseo por este medio aclararle sobre la oferta del Hotel Los Robles con sus dos categorías de habitaciones, la Estándar y la Superior, que usted comenta en su correo. La Habitación Estándar tiene una superficie de 18 metros cuadrados, mientras que la Habitación Superior tiene una superficie de 20 metros cuadrados, a como lo indicamos en nuestra página web. Sin embargo, la diferencia principal consiste en el espacio extra que ofrecen las habitaciones superiores con el patio privado al aire libre que cuenta con espacio para 2 sillas y 1 mesa. Lamentamos también la confusión que usted tuvo al solicitarnos una factura. Nuestro hotel no puede emitir la factura de su estadía, debido a que usted realizó su compra directamente a Expedia, quienes son los responsables de emitirle su factura. Esperamos haya podido llevarse un grato recuerdo de Nicaragua, a pesar de inconvenientes.

Номера хорошие.У мужа был день роджения.Мы попросили праздничный ужин.Все было прекрасно приготовлено и подано.Они наши вещи хранили пока мы ездили по Никарагуа.Было мероприятие поселили подальше оот него.Но ,зная ,что на вставать в два ночи почему то вели работу за нашей верандой.Гремели железом и т.д.Мы жаловаться не стали,т.к это персонал,а руководства уже наверное на было.Они милые люди и такого бы не допустили.

The staff were awesome as well as the restaurant food. Had an exceptional sea bass dinner by the beautiful pool and yard (It is one of my favorite backyard spaces ever seen, just like out of a design magazine)

Great small hotel in good neighborhood. Helpful staff and relaxing environment with nice pool. Walk to restaurants and bars.

Authentic Charm! Fabulous neighborhood!
The location is excellent and you can walk to beautiful restaurants. The major malls are close. The hotel is quiet and safe. The staff is genuine. The pool and tiki bar are beautiful. Definately my new favorite Managua hotel.
