โIt was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The owner had such an unkind way of speaking and facial expression. The bugs came out of the room where I slept.โ
โIt was perfect for our family. We had several families there for a baseball tournament and the boys brought fishing poles and golf clubs. We enjoyed the amenities.โ

Pierce was comfortable and enjoyable due to the excellent quality of the staff and facility at Home 2 Suites, we were in town for a very hard Family health issue and being able to relax at a clean and safe place after a long and taxing day was very important. โWe stayed there because it was close to the Heritage Center in downtown, where we attended a karate tournament (7 minutes away). The room was great. It had one of the best beds that we have ever slept on. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The $100 damage deposit was a bit of a shocker, but it is understandable in these times and was handled well by the staff. โLovely, comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to a wonderful beach. Great communication from property management. โ
โThe cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didnโt have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. โ
