Everything about the stay was perfect. The Staff of Loren, Chevelle and all the rest of the staff were so accommodating. They always had a smile and a greeting when we came into the lobby. The room was just what we needed and housekeeping was right on top of our needs. Just a great stay.

The room was clean and food available at the restaurant was good. However, there were some inconveniences with regards to being on a business trip. The biggest one was the fact that there was no outlet for me to plug my work laptop into in my room at the desk. I did have to ask the staff on two different occasions to bring a new coffee machine to my room, as the one in there was broken.

It's a very different room layout and I found the space between the closet and the desk a bit tight, but overall the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice but I do have to say the shower though as beautiful as it is the floor was very slippery, there was no body soap in the dispenser, and I had no hand soap for the sink.

The hotel is right next to a lovely shopping center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel looks brand new; the rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is also very friendly—I would definitely return to this hotel.
