Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: un grazie speciale a Francesco e Sandra, davvero cordiali e simpatici, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. We requested two glasses of ice from the ice maker and were told very emphatically "No!". I requested coffee or tea for the electric water pot in our room, and was very begrudgingly provided tea.
