"The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep...

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "We had an early morning flight out of Zurich, so we wanted a location close to the airport with transportation, so this worked great for us. The staff was helpful and the room was clean; however, there was no AC, so we opened the window and the airplanes were quite loud. "

"The bestvplace to be close to the Zurich airport. Bus is 3 mins walk from the hotel and train is 5 mins walk if you need to go to Zurich or you coming from Zurich HB. There is a Coop where you can your chocolate but also Migros is 3-4 mins walk. The hotel is very close to restaurant. Infront is mediterrean restaurant and you walk to the left a chinese take away vash only and a mexican restaurant is very close. If you walk to the right there 2 chinese restaurants you can find but not only that it also near Italian and local restaurant very close to the hotel."
