Very easy and convenient to get around to all areas of Manhattan from the hotel. The train tracks being less than a block away led to a couple brief periods of some noise each day, but it was much better than I expected when first seeing where the tracks were.

Some stuff didn’t work in my room, or was not fully attached so they “broke” during my stay. Floormates were noisy but that’s not on staff or the hotel. But in a good location and I liked the space I had in the suite to cook, if I could, and microwave and had a fridge!

Great desk employees

Room was very comfortable and spacious. We were there for one night but I would definitely return. I would give the beds 3 out of 5 (a little firm for me) There is no breakfast, however, little convenience store was nice (a little pricey $2.50 for a cheese stick) and wish they had half & half for the coffee. The 2 desk agents we met were exceptionally nice! They did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed.

I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.
