“Our room smelled so bad of mildew/mold and we were offered a fan but never received one. The stocking of shampoo and conditioner was not attended to-I am not sure when our room was prepared but several things were missing. We spent two nights and our towels were replaced but beds weren’t made and again nothing replaced in the showers that was out. Staff was pleasant and we understand it’s not their fault.
