"Overall I had a great experience EXCEPT when I learned that only one employee gets scheduled to cover both providing breakfast and manage check out desk on a busy Saturday morning. The employee was working as fast as she could to refill food and coffee stations, and handled dealing with all of the people who were waiting with grace but it was unfair to the guests and employee that there wasn’t an appropriate staffing schedule.
