“Billing was incorrect and has not been corrected as of July 5. Expedia charge was for a total of room plus fees/taxes, and Parkwood charged fees/taxes on top of that Expedia total.”

“The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”
