“Yes it was under remodel and that’s understandable. However, there were multiple bugs in the floor, especially the bathroom, the tv did not work and water was squishing up from under the new laminate floor. It was 12am when I had arrived I would’ve demanded a refund and left. Only redeemable thing was the night clerk changed me to a 1st floor room due to my leg injury. (Because no elevator)”

“The hotel and room itself was very solid. Nice small gym and pool. Room was clean and well stocked. Quiet room, and convenient location. Only complaint I have is that the hallways going to the rooms or gym etc was not air conditioned so the hotel had that humid and musty feeling. Not a huge deal but if you weren’t inside your actual room, the entire hotel was very warm and humid with that kind of stale air smell and vibe. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. Overall a solid experience though.”

“It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the...
