“The property was a great location, as I came in for the World Cup. Everything was a 10-20 mins drive, the front desk workers were pleasant. Breakfast was shut down early one morning due to no one going but she was kind enough to grab us muffins and juice. The only complaint I have is during the night, I think it was the elevator that was super loud. I heard loud banging noises on the opposite side of the hotel. It was every night. “Staff here are unbelievably nice! I've met some nice people at office check in. But these people were better than family! And the day manager took the time as she was leaving to talk with me and wish me safe travels. Anything you need you feel they can take care of you.”

“The halls of the hotel had a heavy perfumed scent, possibly to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke from long ago. The front desk staff that checked me in gave a confusing and fast explanation about making a refundable deposit for incidentals, but then changed the option and made me scan my phone to pay a small fee for "RestAssure guest services subscription". I really hope this is not an on-going subscription and would have preferred to pay a refundable deposit instead, as I had also hoped for...
