"The overall stay was just okay. The establishment itself is very nice, new, clean and welcoming. However, it’s a family friendly resort which in most cases can be problematic for adults who are looking to have a children free stay. During our stay, kids were unattended everywhere. The pool was overcrowded with kids who weren’t being monitored, as well as horse playing (disregarding our personal space…using cups to throw water etc). Needless to say our time out the outdoor pool was short lived. Not to mention, when we finally made it back to our room around 10:30pm, kids were running (I mean running!) up and down the halls and they knocked on our door and ran away. I called the front desk, and it was actually brushed off as if it was no big deal…no follow up call from the front desk…nothing. To make matters worse, shortly after I made the call to front desk some guest made the hallway there room and had loud conversations and taunting a baby which the baby cried off and on for at least an hour (no exaggeration!). All I could do was lay there and turn up the tv to drown out most of it. I didn’t fall asleep until 1:30ish in the morning. Upon checkout, I was asked how was our stay and I explained my frustrations. The lady that I spoke with was apologetic and made it right by waving the resort fee/self parking fee. I would love to see some changes made to make everyone’s stay enjoyable…especially the adults considering it’s gear more towards adults."
