The room we stayed at did have hot water. There was a stain on one of the couches and the other had pet hair.

WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Kansas City - Overland Pk
Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!
