주위 환경이 좋지않고 호텔 매니저한테 사기당한게 기분이 정말 안 좋습니다.
호텔 옆건물에서 온 종일 대형 에어컨 소리가 나서 잠을 설쳤어요. 그리고, 호텔 직원에게 비행기 표를 구입해 달라고 부탁했는데 잘못 구입했기에 취소해달라고 했으며 전에 구입한 비행기 항공권이 취소가 안되는 표라고 이야기 했더니 호텔 매니저라는 여자직원이 취소하고 표를 내가 원하는 날짜로 비용없이 바꾸어 줄 수 있다고 하기에 해달라고 해서 비행기 항공권을 바꾸었다고 해서 고마워서 2,000 페소까지 주었습니다. 그런데도 거짓으로 바꾸었다고 했으며 비행기표도 취소된줄 알고 한국에 돌아 왔더니 비행기 표값이 카드사로 청구 되었습니다. 그래서 이메일로 취소 부탁했는데 아직 연락도 안왔습니다. 그리고 1일 숙박을 하지 않고 왔는데 1일 숙박비는 환불이 되는지요?

가격대비 괜찮음.
가격에 비해 깨끗하고 방도 넓고 침대도 편했음. 픽업서비스를 신청했으나 기사의 사정으로 무통보취소. 직원들은 친절하긴 했으나 청소 해달라고했는데 안해줘서 저녁에 다시 말해서 청소해줌. 그래도 창문도 크게 나있고 저렴한 가격에 이정도 시설이면 나쁘지는 않은 것 같았다.

추천할만한 호텔
대체적으로 깔끔했고 공항과의 거리가 가까워서 좋습니다.주변에 레스토랑들도 좀 있고 편의점도 있고..아침은 호텔옆 레스토랑에서 먹는데..조식포함보다 조식포함안된가격으로 구매하고 직접사먹는게 더 나을것같네요. 침대도 편하고 좋았습니다.

It's Okay
It's an average motel level place. The staff was very kind and helpful but I wouldn't say the rooms and the facility were satisfactory. But since we were only staying there for half a day, the price was the main point. Its relatively cheaper than the other hotels but theres not much around.

헤어 드라이기, 냉장고 등 편의시설 부족했으나 대체적으로 조용하고 깨끗한 편 야외수영장은 이용은 바쁘기도 했고 크키가 작고 물 위생이 믿음직 스럽지 않아 이용하지 않음 와이파이는 거의 연결이 되지 않았고 휴대용 와이파이도 잘 안됨. 인터넷 선은 따로 없음 이용하려면 웬만한 전자기기를 돼지코와 함께 다 준비해가는 편이 좋습니다. 서비스는 호텔 소유 셔틀 승합차도 있고 택시도 잘 불러줘서 좋고 청소 메이드에게 팁을 조금 드리면 좋습니다.

좁지만 무난하고 친절했던 호텔
2인 추가해서 4인이서 더블베드 2개로 이용했습니다. 좁은걸 제외하곤 괜찮았어요. 깨끗했구요. 냉장고가 없었던게 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절했습니다. 바로 옆에 위치한 엄청 맛있는 레스토랑 덕분에 편리하게 이용했어요.

This is our go to location, Nice size rooms and great service, Nice pool good location to the airport and mall of Asia, close by bus terminals, and trains, You can store your luggage for days or weeks as long as you booking in between, good food at reasonable price. It’s hard to fault at the price point.

Photos of the property are deceiving sweat stains in lounge chair in foyer furniture is old needs to be replaced. The building needs to be renovated. Room and hallway was dirty. Poor customer service. We have to explain why we were asking for new towels. The drainage system in the shower was clogged so water would flood the whole bathroom. The toilet was also clogged, we needed to ask assistance to have it pumped. And when you call housekeeping and even the front desk, they weren’t answering th calls. We have been callng for 10-15 minutes but no response so decided to go down to the lobby to fine out the front desk officer standing there and not doing anything!

The location is great, the personnal too. However its very noisy at night. Also the laundry service charged me 20 dollars per wash and I was not informed about the price until checkout.

There was afew more critters like roaches at this place. And i noticed some grime on the walls and aroind the floor epsecially im the bathroom. But the beds were clean. And very welcoming staff. They fulfilled all requests in a timely manner.

Everything others have said about the staff in this hotel are correct. They are fantastic people. The room was excellent also, as was room service and housekeeping. 3 minor bites: When you order a meal at the restaurant, it takes half an hour for them to prepare as they do it from scratch. Nothing is prepared ahead of time. Also a couple of popular items were never available. There is no notepaper or pen in the room. The TV schedule lists many stations, but only about half of them were viewable. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room but maybe that's one of the limitations of the standard room.

The room had plenty of space, bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the electricity went out on occasion. I would hear a click from time to time, I thought it was the door. Besides that couldn’t complain much

101に宿泊した。部屋に入ると、なんとも言えない匂い。それもかなり強め。 ドアを開けて換気をすると、1階のプールサイドという事で蚊が部屋に侵入。 スタッフに防虫スプレーで対応して貰ったが、部屋の匂いは防虫スプレーの匂いでは無かった。 私は気にならないが、空港から近い為、航空機の音が結構します。 匂いさえ無ければ、その他は全く問題なし。
