This is a very comfortable hotel with clean rooms and service oriented staff. What impressed me most is how affordable it is. They charge more than 50% less than other nearby five-star hotels. I will surely book them again for my next trip.

The hotel is a little dated and could probably use some updating, and there was a slight old smell in some areas. That said, the staff were fantastic—friendly, caring, attentive, and always happy to help. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was also a nice highlight, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. The location was really convenient too, with many places within easy reach, which made exploring the area and getting around much easier. Overall, while the hotel could benefit from a few updates, the wonderful staff, good breakfast, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. Walking distance to the US Embassy, Luneta, Manila Bay. The accommodation was excellent and the Staff were great. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would recommend this hotel to Family and friends.
