This property is in an excellent location. I felt very safe. The hotel staff watch out for you and are very friendly. The hotel is a great property with beautiful rooms and a wonderful rooftop bar that serves a limited menu. I did not visit the pool, but I heard that it is very good. I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Manila.

On one hand the hotel has a luxury element and feel to it, but on the other hand it feels like it's now in need of a few basic maintenance needs after a few years - my shower leaked and the safe was a bit unpredictable on whether it would work, I think there was a faulty electrical connection. Staff were friendly and the things I like about this place, I really like, but there might be better value options in the immediate area.

Great place, rooftop bar was amazing, room was clean and comfortable. Has a unique pool which was cool and is close to all of the action and fun. Will definitely stay again next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and considerate to my needs. When I return to Manila, I plan on returning to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Makati.

Nice hotel. Could use some more light. Room hallways & elevators always seem dark with very little lights. Spa & services very nice. Good breakfast & breakfast staff so friendly. How about turning down the music volume around the pool area? Difficult to relax & talk at times with so loud. Makati not my favorite area, lots of noise & crowded, but if that's your thing! A bit skimpy on the in room soap & towels. Overall, nice hotel.
