At first, i was a little hesitant about this property. But after several days of staying here i was more than happy with my choice. I felt safe as a solo traveler There are many choices for food within walking distance and staff was friendly

Just a bit overpriced for what was offered.

I only stayed one night, as I was travelling for work. Casa Lily had very friendly staff, and the room and facilites were clean, the room was small, and felt like it was a bit overpriced.

Bad service

It was a quite okey hotel, but the service realy bad,unpolite personal, no cleaning and refilling of soup and shampoo. I will not recommend this hotel and I will never going to stay there again

The hotel is clean, all the staff are accommodating, variety of stores are available around the area, very convenient when it comes to transportation and with parking space. Only there are no recreation area like gym, etc. Also no supplied tissues, should have atleast one(1) upon checkin. But overall is recommended for budget stay during vacations.

Overnight stay is fine bit not for longer stay. Please correct the room & amenities info of the following: 1. Free parking is very limited - Only 4 slots. Approx. 10 basement parking slots are available for a hefty fee. 2. LED TV is only 19 or 22 inches and not 32 inches. 3. Digital local broadcast channels only and NOT cable TV channels. 4. Elevator is available.

While the room, cr and shower were clean and comfortable, their website advertised "FREE PARKING". However, when we arrived, we noticed that there were only about 5 parking spaces and they were all taken. We ended up paying another 150 to pay in the garage below. When a business advertises "FREE PARKING", that is what customers will expect. This is definitely FALSE advertising and since you are promoting them, I expect a refund of the 150 pesos ($3-$4 USD) we paid for parking. Another item is that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.

Poor! I was told I don’t have a reservation! It took us an hour to know that the reservation is missing cause Casa Lily redirected us to another OYO hotel without informing is through text or email. Ended up going to another OYO hotel but it took me an hour waiting for them to verify my reservation. Plus the guards thinks we’re gate crashers and they wouldn’t believe us and asked us to leave the premise so we ended up outside the building while I contact OYO support.
