Wonderful hotel. Spotless. It looks like it's brand new. The beach was amazing as was the view. The 5th floor restaurant was wonderful; the food was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

The only issue is that they really didn’t clean the room well. Staff was great, right in the beach. Cool outside bar and sitting area. Recommend staying there but get better with cleaning the rooms

Hampton Inn at Manistee Waterfront was nice. It is a perfectly nice hotel. It had a nice breakfast, things felt clean, and it was in a nice setting. We did not book a waterfront view, which would have been a nice upgrade but not necessary.
