Room was clean. Staff was accomodating even though we check in 2 hours early. The owner was willing to waive the early check in fee, because our intented check in was going to be after midnight.
Staff accomidated a late arrival and had breakfast hot and ready at 6:30 am. Was -7 below outside, but my room was warm and clean. King bed was comfortable.
Nice quiet spot off the highway. Very courteous staff and clean facilities.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The hot tub has been out of commission for over 5 months (said the guy at the front desk), there were cobwebs in our room and my brothers room had an unknown substance growing in the corners of the shower. The continental breakfast area seemed very clean and sanitary though so that was a relief.
It was a great place to stay. If you’ve ever watched Little House on the Prairie, you would know that Sleepy Eye was one of the places they talked about. I was excited just to stay there. The room was very nice and quiet and it seemed like a very safe area to stay.
