“Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal.”

“Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. ”

“We pulled in with a 24’ stock trailer and we were still able to park easily, large lot in the back for bigger vehicles. Our room, chosen because I like walk in showers, was great. The shower head was adjustable, the shower was actually a walk in, not a tub with bars around it, and there was good water pressure with temp and pressure adjustments. “ Very unfriendly staff. Couldn’t get the room we reserved. Blamed us for using Expedia. No handicapped parking near the front door. Would never go back. If you’re older or handicapped stay away. ”

“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”

“As a woman traveling alone this was a very safe feeling hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Bed and bedding were very nice. Could hear the neighbors but I am used to apartments so it wasn’t too bad.”

“I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it!”
