"I have travelled many places, but Casa Anabela stands out as one of the best places I have ever stayed. Maria and Marie were extremely hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating - it felt like home. The rooms were very nice and tastefully designed. The breakfasts were incredible! This place is top notch in every way. "

"Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures was a wondeful place to stay for our visit to Quito. It is located in a great spot to explore the old town on foot, with easy access to the basilica as well as the various plazas and many places to eat and shop. However, the true highlight is definitely the manager Hernan! He is a warm and lovely host that is full of knowledge and is eager to help you enjoy Quito. The breakfasts were also very nice, local cuisine with fresh fruit juices. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast delicious. This hotel was also in as great location! You have to use common sense at night time because the area becomes a little unsafe, but it’s perfectly fine during daytime. "

"The hotel is in a brilliant central location in the old town just down the hill from the basilica. All the main city sites are easily walkable. The hotel is full of character & very quaint. The service is excellent & the staff go out of their way to help you. Free coffee & tea & water in reception too."

"The breakfast was great! A different fresh juice each morning, a croissant, granola and yogurt, with a small bowl of fruit. Coffee & espresso was also great! "

"Staff Oswaldo (driver), Estafonia & Susan were all great and helpful. Very clean room. Not much variety on breakfast options & as per owner "No Mas!" screaming at the staff not to give anything to paying guest - only maximum of 2 cups of coffee per person & not being offered exactly on the 9 o'clock dot (end of breakfast time). Embarrassing situation for pleasant/helpful staff working at the hotel of informing that she can't give anymore coffee. Our driver Oswaldo was very accommodating and pleasant.
Overall - working staff are great and room is comfortable & clean but not a good experience on how the owner deals with her staff in front of the paying guests."
"Lovely, cozy hotel in a very convenient location. I loved my room!
The staff was really good, very nice, professional and accommodating.
The breakfast was very limited, very plain and simple. No healthy choices. "
"Great service from the minute I arrived. Desk agent met my taxi and helped me. Terrific breakfast w more excellent service. Concierge service helped me locate a phone repair and side trips. Very pleased. "
"Hotel is an great location for the historic centre of Quito and was really clean and comfortable.
My only issue was the rooms all overlooked the reception in a courtyard style and the door is always locked. So guests need to ring a buzzer to access the property, then when the door is opened a bell goes off. While this is not a problem in the day, when people come and go at night or early in the morning it does wake you up.
A small issue in a great little hotel."
