"The only flaw was the floor. Thankfully the room was not carpeted. If you have people spending a lot of time outdoors, they will track stuff in and dirty the floor. The rest of the stay was spectacular. The smell of wood when I walked in the room was refreshing. The bedding was great. The on demand water heater was effective. I was on the road for 3 weeks and stayed in many different types of accommodations and this place was # 1. Noise level-0"

"Spent two nights in Bungalow 42 at the front of the property. Despite being near the highway, noise was not an issue. Loved sitting on the porch drinking delicious coffee from co-located Horsethief Coffee. This spotless, king-bed accommodation offered thoughtful amenities, had a large shower, and had ample space to use a yoga mat, sit at the table for breakfast, or read in the comfy chair. The green space, bubbling brook, pool and hot tub areas were a welcome retreat. The bike path is accessible from the property and allowed for a nice evening walk to Lion's Park. Proper Brewing is right across the street for a tasty meal and beverage. This was our third trip to Moab and first time at Moab Springs Ranch; it has become our favorite place to stay!"
