This konak did not meet our expectations. It was a nice konak, but we expected more from other reviews and the price. They don’t do sira nights anymore, which was a shame. Their breakfast is very basic and we had to look for the staff to ask for breakfast, it was not an open buffet. The room was nice and modern, while still giving you that authentic Mardin feel. Everything was very clean.

standart Odalar biraz küçük olmasına rağmen güzel ve temiz. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok iyi niyetli. Çözüm odaklılar. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak yeterli ve sorunsuz. Otel ile ilgili herhangibir sorun yok fakat otopark problemi Mardin merkezin genel sorunu. Bunu bilerek gelin.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, odadaki yataklar rahattı, personel de kibardı, verdiğim iki puan bunlar için. Abbara odasında kaldık, odada tuvalet ve banyo odanın içinde sadece duşakabin ile ayrılmış yani bir duvar yok. Bunu rezervasyon sırasında fotoğrafta görmüştüm ancak uygulamada bu kadar kötü olacağını tahmin etmedim. Tuvaletin duşakabin kapısı kırık ve kapanmıyordu. Odaya girer girmez bunu söyledik ancak tamir edilmedi. Odanın içinde kapısı kırık kapanmayan bir tuvalet vardı yani! Lavabo şakır şakır yere su akıtıyordu, buna da bir çözüm bulunmadı. Çok otantik bir konak ve oda, ancak temel konfor eksik. Bir daha gitsem kalmam, önermiyorum
