“Propreté et le personnel”

“If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best”

“The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

“Do yourself a favour and experience this venue.”

“Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷”

“Breakfast time late that’s the only problem”

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Trabzonda tüm dostlarıma burayı önereceğim.”

“Overall, it was an okay stay in a small, traditional konak and offered reasonable value for money. The location and atmosphere were pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and would benefit from being replaced. The room also needs better air ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy at times. With a few small updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay for future travellers.”
