Amazing hotel. Delivering anything you could wish for. Friendly and very helpful personnel, rooms very clean, cozy and beautiful. Breakfast was great too. Deserves more than 5 stars!

Beautiful Mardin

It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service for a perfect stay. The hotel service was excellent and the location was perfect. Will stay here again when im back!

A fantastic stay in Mardin. Slightly difficult to manoeuvre with cars but easily accessible by foot. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was super clean with new appliances and very well taken care of. Thank you for the incredible stay and tour of the beautiful Mardin.

We have traveled to many parts of the world and have stayed in many hotels. I can easily say that this hotel and the services we received was, by far, the best experience. The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us. I can't wait to come back to not only this hotel but also to see the staff again. Thank you for making us feel so special and welcomed.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is always available whenever you need them. Very spacious and clean room. We even had a small hamam in our room making it very authentic The architecture is very unique to Mardin. The hotel gives a great breakfast included in the price; so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Just make sure that you can do steps. Because of the location of the hotel the only way to get to it from the main road is to either climb steps or take the longer way walking uphill. The hotel is within walking distance to “old Mardin”, and steps away from nice restaurants. I recommend it highly

Turkish bath was not very clean and missing liquid soup which asked once but not delivered. No TV remote but delivered next day (asked for it twice). Room was not aired and smelled humidity. Kahvalti was average vegitables seems and tasted a few days old.

Otelde 2 gece konakladık. Odalar temiz, kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin hepsi güzeldi. Ama en önemlisi çalışanların hepsinin güleryüzlü olması insana evinde gibi hissetiriyor. İsmini bilmiyorum ama reception görevlisi çok ilgiliydi, gezilecek lokasyonları yazdı, günübirlik turumuza kadar ayarladı. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Bayram tatilinde dört kız olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi; oldukça temiz, konforlu ve çok güzeldi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.
