“Beautiful authentic family run champagne chateau. The staff were helpful, friendly. We stayed in the Chambre du Jardin, which was recently renovated and very spacious with modern bathroom with quality fittings. Very comfortable. The food was limited to cheese, charcuterie, bread but high quality. Breakfast fruit, yoghurt, cheese, charcuterie, pastries, bread (and eggs available to order ) - very nice. We did their champagne tour, very informative and tasting of 3 champagnes , good lunch...

“The Loisium is perfectly located amidst the vineyards and the views are second to none. The challenges I have with the hotel are as follows: - the hotel room we had didn’t smell great and over our three day stay, we had large flies in our room each day. There was no food in the room and we thought the room was being cleaned but the flies were there and still smelt funny - despite being located in the middle of Champagne, the number of champagnes available by the glass were v limited and the...

“Nice hotel but very dated. Not 5*”

“It was a hot day no air conditioning in the room. The lady at the front desk lent us a fan. It was ok to sleep.”
