This is a classic old hotel with beautiful architecture and decor which has been very well maintained. It is walking distance from several restaurants and other attractions, and has a pretty high-end collection of shops on the premises. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent.

I liked the ambiance and the architecture. I love listening to the water fountain as the water is flowing. It is very relaxing. The landscaping is very well kept. We love sitting in the room balcony and listening to the birds singing. The staff is helpful and nice to talk to. It’s just one of our favorite places to stay.

Beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful front desk staff. The only thing was that the cleaning people trashed our bags sitting on the floor. One bag was truly trash but the other one was filled with our snacks plus a few bags of coffee purchased from Albuquerque, Taos, and Santa Fe to take back to our daughters. Spent close to $80 on those coffees.
