"We had the best weekend staying at the Doghouse. We honestly can’t fault Fe & Mel’s hospitality. The beds were super comfy, the room beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was on point- great choice, excellent ingredients and cooked to perfection. It was also brought straight to our room if you didn’t think it could get any better! "The room was tiny, as were the corridors, the walls are very thin so could hear people talking and using taps in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast is also pretty basic and the local area doesn’t feel massively safe, especially as a woman walking alone at night. The owner was lovely and really helpful though."
