“We have stayed here before & loved this place. This time we were disappointed this with the room allocated room 012. It was small with a sloping ceiling and an uncomfortable bed... more suited for single occupancy. We didn't ask to be moved but in hindsight should have given Knoll House the opportunity to relocate us. We would stay again but insist on a room worthy of the £200 spend.”

“아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.”

“Myself and 2 children had a lovely stay at The Cumberland. It has a great location across from the beach and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast has a great choice, it is plentiful, cooked fresh and tasty. We parked in the train station car park as it was cheaper for an overnight stay and not as busy as the 'tourist' car parks. It was approx. 5 minute walk via a pedestrian footpath.”

“Friendly old hotel. Staff good. Breakfast was good, but maybe some fried bread, ham & cheese, especially as it appeared to cater for older people like me! Cleaning of room was a bit hit & miss. Nice room though, although my friends was smaller & boiling, even though we had paid the same. Choice of pillows & a fridge with water would be good. Swam a couple of times in the small pool, but didnt use gym. Afraid the evening meals were not to our liking, but plenty of places elsewhere. Short walk...

“Fabulous stay The upgrade was Huge!! All Staff are so friendly and very nice..breakfast was delicious and a good variety I could literally touch the sand from my deck..so beautiful and amazing stay Next time all I want more is a small fridge and safe box the view was fantastic watch the tide and walk on the powder soft sand”
