"Right on a very beautiful beach and rooms were clean and most have a sea view. Free street parking around the hotel but sometimes 300m away from the hotel. Restaurant had good variety for food, the other restaurant we could not get in but also buffet style. So 2 restaurants on property, one snack bar and one main bar. Plus one rooftop bar (with great views and you need to pay for drinks there). One main pool and one kiddies pool with water slides, only the kid's pool is heated. Lounge chairs available around the pool but you need to pay for the ones on the beach as they are not part of the property. What I did not like is they give you a card for a beach towel and you need to pay 1 euro to replace it and you cannot even do room charge, you have to pay with an actual card. Which means if you don't want to pay, you have to keep the same towel for the whole stay, it is not even replaced daily. Housekeeping every other day and when they start cleaning in the morning everything smells like bleach. We had the all inclusive and it is totally worth it because alcohol is also included and most bartenders were really nice and drinks were good. Most employees did speak some English. The night shows were also good. One last remark: the feet cleaning station to wash your feet when you come back from the beach is ridiculous. It just drips water and cleaning your feet takes forever. It can get some light improvements here and there, but overall this is a very nice resort that we enjoyed!"
"The pool area is lovely however did not appreciate the life guard spitting on the floor when walking round.
Last year we stayed here and we were able to grab a croissant before the dining room fully opened as we had an early flight. This year asked the dining room staff if we could grab a roll and was told no and to get out of the dining room even though it was only 5 minutes before official opening. Thought this was a little disappointing. Breakfast not bad and quite a nice choice and fresh.
Sometimes found the hallways a little noisy with kids etc but acceptable.
Overall this is a good hotel it is a little walk away from the bars but not a problem for us. Easy walk to Cala bona and a short bus ride to sa coma.
We had a better room this time round, still very clean, however the toilet was a little wobbly!!
We would return here again as loads of sun loungers, pool huge and clean but think we will try another part of the island next year."
"I had a fantastic stay at Grupotel Marítimo and honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’m so glad I booked this hotel!
Location: The location is excellent. You can take a bus directly from the airport and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The beautiful beach is also just a few minutes away on foot, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Room & Cleanliness: My room was very spacious, including the bathroom and I had a beautiful view of the pool from my balcony. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room in the lobby and throughout the hotel to sit, relax and enjoy yourself.
Food: I stayed on a half-board basis and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. There was a huge variety of food to choose from with plenty of options. The quality and selection made it excellent value for money.
Staff & Service: All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming.
One thing that really impressed me was the service after checkout. I had an evening flight, so I spent the day enjoying the beautiful sunshine at the beach rather than missing out on such a lovely day. When I returned to collect my luggage, the hotel kindly provided me with a towel and allowed me to have a shower so I could freshen up before my journey. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
Perfect hotel for a relaxing beach holiday with delicious food and excellent service. Huge thanks to all the lovely staff. Highly recommend!❤️"
"Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our stop in Mallorca. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were all very helpful with any questions we had about how to get around. We booked an excellent massage service and the gym was also top-notch. The room and the balcony were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow."
