"The bathroom ceiling was lined with thick black mold all around. Ceiling fan in bathroom is filthy and not working. A gaping hole in the bathroom wall filled with kleenex or toilettepaper. The taps were not secured and bolted or caulked. The shower tap is not installed correctly and doesn't turn off until you hit that perfect spot. The shower curtain is neglected and filthy and old.
