Tag bereits kein Nachfüllen des WC-Papiers - WC-Spülung mangelhaft, teilweise lief sie mehrere Minuten - kein Frühstück, nur die Einrichtung - bei Abgabe des Schlüssels keine Person vor Ort (Check-Out 10:00, wir haben um 9:45 einfach der Schlüssel auf einem Bürotisch hinterlassen) - Gebrauchtes Geschirr wurde nicht ersetzt - Kühlschrank im Zimmer frei, nicht in einem Möbel, dementsprechend Lärmemission”

“The comfortable room was thoughtfully planned with a table and chairs, hanging space for clothes and shelves. It was tastefully decorated with beautiful touches. Tiziana’s warm welcome and helpful suggestions and information regarding Agrigento were a smart start to our visit. She was readily available and worked to ensure our visit was a pleasure. Breakfast included delightful Sicilian specialties.”
