"At the time property was being renovated, with some demolition above had to leave as we where informed that the work would continue until 7:00PM and decided to leave and asked for a refund. No manager on site and we ended up loosing our money. When hotels are under renovation, it has to be disclosed prior. Hotels.com gave $25 quick cash back, but overall lost money."

"The hotel, staff and property were very nice. The only complaint I have is the pay for parking. $15 a night for parking??!! Do you have a lot of people stay that walk there? Or maybe take an Uber/taxi? "

"Overall good, but did not get bath towel service/replacement when requested. No such service the 3 nights there. I had to go get towels off cart in hall one day and the second day i had to ask for service twice, then i received two deliveries. ASM"
