I stayed in room 3. The room was clean and comfortable, en-suite bathroom is spacious and well functioning. The location is very convenient, it’s a few minutes by foot to the main street in Marlborough. A few watch outs, there is no onsite parking. It’s a not a big deal if you have hand luggage and are prepared to walk a short distance. There’s no walk in shower and it’s a high step in and out of the tub. Finally, very minor traffic noise. On balance I would stay here again.

Very well located and easy access to the property. We asked to change rooms as we had to have the window open due to hot weather on the busy road and we were immediately offered a room at the back. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely recommended a stay here.

Short break away with my partner we loved the hotel, the room was gorgeous slight difficulty with getting the TV to work and towels definitely needed replacing little laundered and not fluffy and soft as described. Breakfast was lovely and communication between the hosts was great. We will be coming back.

Gorgeous hotel room right in the heart of Marlborough! We booked the room with the golden bath which was such a treat. The breakfast offering was very generous and the room had everything you could need (it would be helpful to have some bath products by the side of the bath, as the shower gel etc in the shower were attached to the wall which made it tricky). Otherwise 10/10!

Excellent breakfast and good WiFi connection. The central location is perfect for the visiting the town. I received a very informative arrival text detailing everything, including parking advice. The room was very comfortable. Be aware this is a very old building, the single pain glass does not block much of the road noise and it was quite chilly in the room overnight. However, this didn’t ruin my stay, I would consider staying again.

Decor is beautiful & the bathroom stunning. Easy access & communication was great. The bed for us was very uncomfortable and far too firm. The duck down feather pillows were too soft & offered no support. The bath was the best feature. Breakfast & room facilities were good too and the property is nice & close to the centre. Parking not too far away either.
