"The staff were amazing. My husband fell on the way into the hotel and they took such good care of him. They got him a seat, water and bandaged a cut with such care. We are very grateful to them for this then they gave us a coffee until our room was ready (which was only 10 mins) and took him up to our room in a wheelchair The room was spotless and spacious and very nice. Outside the hotel we were only a couple of minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the trams so it is in a perfect location. Breakfast had plenty choice and the restaurant served a delicious chicken kebab. When it came time to leave they had booked our taxi which arrived on time A perfect choice and if we return to Istanbul we will certainly go back. Many thanks to all the staff."

It’s definitely worth the money, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast menu, as having a little more variety would make the experience even better. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We would happily stay here again!"
