“Even lovelier views than expected, and kind and helpful staff all around. Loved how easy they made it to travel with pets; one-time fee and very welcoming to dogs with home-baked treats at the front desk. Nice to have coffee in the lobby in the AMs. Only minor inconvenience was that there’s one microwave on the 3rd floor, versus in-room, but appreciated having mini fridge and electric kettle in room. “Photos online are beautiful, concept is cool, but in person details reveal gaps. Beautiful view, but with no screens in the windows or sliding door ALL of the bugs come into the room. Gross. This means no smelling or listening to the bay, which defeats the purpose of securing this king suite. Huge jacuzzi style tub in the room, but after adding an inch of hot water and letting stand for a few minutes before filling, I found floaters. So the tub wasn’t clean. Gross.
