We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel. The property is beautifully appointed, with a wonderful period style that adds to its character and charm. Its location could not have been better, offering stunning water views and convenient access to the historic downtown district. A very fun and interesting historical place to stay. My husband and I stayed in one of the newer studios and my son stayed in one of the old brothel rooms. Both rooms were fun, well kept, and comfortable. Excellent location. We would definitely book here again.

We loved staying at the Palace hotel. The rooms were original Victorian and very large. The bathroom was amazing with the claw tub. The staff was super friendly friendly . It was fantastic being right downtown. We could walk everywhere. everywhere and it was so nice being right downtown we could just walk everywhere.

Everything about this Victorian hotel was outstanding, especially the friendly, helpful staff. Large room, 18’ ceilings, large clean bathroom with a beautiful view of the harbor. Being a historic hotel, it was three flights of stairs (59 total) to our lovely room with a comfy bed in the third floor. Definitely a work out with luggage. No elevator.

A beautiful old century building converted hotel that has a lot of history attached to it and some interesting architecture and stories! Even though the building and property is old, it is beautifully preserved and the rooms tell a lot of stories that make you wonder about the people who might have lived there once!! Each room has its own unique style and has a name of a lady who once occupied it! It’s very well maintained and the amenities were very good useful! Would love to be back for a longer visit next time!

My fiancé and I stayed for only one night but we were so blown away by the entire experience! The staff were so friendly and the building was gorgeous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We definitely intend on staying here again the next time we visit Port Townsend!
