Good location, right next to the metro, and several bus stops very close so you can get to beach, downtown, or to calanques very easily. The hotel was nice enough. It's small and a bit dated, but the staff were nice and accommodating. If you want luxury, this isn't the place for you, but if you just want want a place to crash between exploring the city while on vacation it'll do just fine.

For the price, it was good. Convenient location, many restaurants in the area. Don't expect any extras here; no hairdryer, no room service/towels for 5 days, etc.

Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here. Shopping centre at next subway station.

A good stay

We liked the hotel, it was clean, the room was nice, but... It's the only hotel we visit with an indoor pool, which is not heated !! (It should be mentioned in the description at the site) We are a little bit disappointed with a man at the reception (the others were very kind) I suppose that he had to inform us that no one would come in the room during our stay for clean towels or taking out the gardbage (it was our first stay in an aparthotel, so we did not know such things.) Also, the microwave did not work and the same receptionist promised that we had to wait for him to bring another, but did not come at all... Finally we informed another man in the reception, that was very kind, who came immediately and brought us another microwave which was working. But overall it was a good stay.

Left after one child-unfriendly night

Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes at an empty reception before someone came to give us a key. By then, drugged guests had walked in and out the lobby several times. When leaving the elevator at our floor, the smell of cigarettes and weed overwhelmed us, and because of the large gaps under the doors, we had the same smell in our rooms. In the evening and until well after midnight, a group of guests on our floor that occupied several rooms was constantly switching rooms, slamming the doors and shouting, but even if they would've whispered we could've heard every word because of the poor acoustic insulation. When they finally went to bed, a loud fight in another room started... When complaining at the reception, we were promised someone would come over and check, but they never did. We basically spent the night reassuring the kids while going through the cancellation conditions and looking for an alternative hotel for the rest of the week (the decent wifi was pretty useful after all). Luckily, in the morning, someone at the reception felt bad for us just enough to not make a big fuzz about a cancellation and reimbursement. Well, other than that, the location was great, right next to the metro station, and it's too bad we didn't have the opportunity to try the swimming pool, but knowing the poor state of the rooms our hopes weren't too high anyway.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'établissement pour 3 nuits. Nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions vers 11h, et avons demandé si notre chambre était déjà prête. Accueil glacial de la part de la réceptionniste. Nous avons du demander de nous même pour utiliser la bagagerie, ce qui a semblé plutôt agacer la réceptionniste.... L'autre réceptionniste qui a réalisé notre check in le soir était déjà plus accueillante. De manière générale, le personnel n'était pas très accueillant. La chambre était de taille correcte et ses équipements fonctionnels. L'établissement est bien situé dans la ville, à 2 min du métro et de la station de bus.

Personnel très sympathique sur ce point rien à redire. Concernant l’hébergement je trouve cela cher pour ce que c’est, serviettes en supplément, pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain, douche absolument pas pratique. Pour une nuit c’est bien mais je ne serais pas restée davantage. Je pense que l’on peut trouver beaucoup mieux pour moins cher si on s’y prend un peu plus à l’avance.

Grand week-end sur Marseille, très bon emplacement à proximité du Métro, des bus pour se déplacer facilement ou possibilité d’aller à la plage ou au stade à pied. Accueil très bien. Seul problème rencontré l’odeur dans la chambre et l’entretien des joints de la baignoire.

Séjour difficile car climatisation ne pouvait être ajustée et disponible uniquement dans le salon. On nous a dit que quelqu’un ferait une vérification mais aucun changement. On nous a refusé une annulation avec pénalité. Très mauvais service de la part de l’hôtelier. Je ne recommande pas.

Vacances en solo

C'était parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine . La piscine étant ouverte jusqu'à 21h , j'ai pu en profiter pour me détendre après chaque journée de tourisme. L'eau est super chaude . Le personnel est à l'écoute et sympathique . C'est intéressant d'avoir la petite cuisine dans la chambre .

Au top super établissement appart fonctionnel il y a tout ce qu’il faut de plus la situation de l’établissement est superbe près du métro commerces et restaurants à proximité stade vélodrome pas loin ainsi que le centre et. bord de mer. Parfait séjour que j’ai même prolonge tellement on y était bien!

Presque parfait

Excellent établissement foté d'installations dernier cri dans l'appartement et étant même doté d'une piscine avec une grande amplitude horaire. Il faut également noter l'amabilité du personnel ainsi que la mise a disposition gratuite des reste du petit dejeuner. A ce propos il faut noter que c'est l'unique point faible de cet établissement. En effet il est assez cher (14 euros) et les mets sont assez basiques (mêmesi les croissants sont absolument 😋) En plus de la qualité du service nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa proximité avec les supermarchés, salles de sports et monuments locaux, vous trouverez une salle de sport à 200m et le stade vélodrome n'est qu'à 15 min à pied
