Very clean, quite spacious rooms, comfy bed. Good air quality in the room, with proper a/c and humidity control! Equidistant from Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.

Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

Not thorough, mix up reservations

Clean and relatively comfortable. However, the front desk are not thorough and unapologetic. They mixed up reservations and forced us to sleep in twin beds instead of a double bed. They offered no compensation though we asked several times. They also said they had forced two women who wanted twin beds to sleep in a double bed earlier the same night...

Excellent accueil. L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville. La chambre, propre et spacieuse, est claire, bien aménagée, avec un grand lit très confortable. La salle de bain est bien équipée et dispose d’une douche performante. Le petit -déjeuner est appétissant et se compose au choix de produits frais et sains. Il est servi au 4ème étage de l’hôtel, en salle ou en terrasse, ce qui permet d’apprécier une très belle vue sur la ville et l’environnement naturel.

La est très spacieuse, le service de ménage laisse la chambre propre tous les jours. Le personnel de l’accueil est souriante et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est bien situé, la gare à quelques minutes et du choix pour vous restaurer. Le soir il y a toujours de la place pour ce garer dans les rues annexes
