Nice accommodations

Area was difficult to navigate and very busy. Restaurants were closed early and choices were limited. Staff was very friendly and attentive and hotel was very nice as was breakfast option.

We drove in from Nice, late at night. GPS wasn't giving exact location, so I called the hotel The night manager was very helpful in guiding us to the right place. Our room was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Port and La Panier areas. Parking garage ($$$) is located a street over, but we were able to load and unload the car in front of the hotel. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it smelled wonderful.

Location and Service are Great

The hotel is in a good location, the metro stop and Sant Charles station are nearby. There are shops and restaurants nearby and walkable as well. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good amount of storage shelves for clothing. The shower setup was odd. The shower head faced outward toward the door with a small glass pane in place that did not stop water. It was very tricky to shower without completely flooding the small bathroom floor.

Recommended in overall

Staff are excellent. Location is ok, some walking required to the old dock. The only issue is the intense smell from german kebab places adjacent to the hotel. Room 510 was very good and comfortable (if only there was places to enable drying towels and stuff). Pool is small but a good opportunity to refresh after a long day in Marseille. They keep the luggages in a room near the desk, which saved us big time! Special thanks to dear Tanguy.
