Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford.

My room was nice, modern and clean, bed was almost to hard and I could easily hear the folks in the next room through the wall, the lobby was neat clean and well kept, breakfast was very minimalist "continental" All in all given the other limited choices in Medford I would stsy here again.

We stayed for two nights. We found old French frys Under the bed. They don't have a lot of choices for breakfast, but we loved they did fresh hard boiled eggs. But once they are gone they don't, add more even if ask.they are great at refilli the cofffe.. The do great room service.they cleaned our room great. They just recently purchased the place and slowly are doing up grades. I would recommend them as it was a great place for a good price.

The hotel had everything I needed and staff was always willing to help. The parking was great I didn't need to carry or go upstairs to bring my things in. The price was what I could afford for several days. I wish the breakfast had other options it was all carbs only (waffle, bagel, muffin, dry cereal) low on coffee. Recommend some protein.
