โWe enjoyed our nightโs stay at this property and felt safe. However, the door to room 312 was not tightened properly. We used the upper latch to help secure it even more.
Hot breakfast was decent, typical continental styleโฆeggs, sausage, waffles, bread to toast, packets of hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. No complaints. The attendant was kind and friendly.
Overall, we would return to the property. Itโs accessible to nearby restaurants, shops, and the Newport News/Williamsburg...
โI loved this place! You canโt beat the quality for the price. It was a nice, small, clean room with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The front desk people were super nice and helped me extend my stay when my work schedule changed. 64E and lots of shopping and restaurants are right there. If youโre traveling on a budget, itโs a great option! โ
โI would like if the Workers who check you in to be A Bit more Friendly And There Laundry Service for the room is not Clean The Towels and wash clothes and mats for the floor are Dingy supposed to be White But they are A dingy Grey and I reclined my own room And when I was done the Rags I used were Black the floor was dirty because I was just checking in it was no reason for me to see crumbs and paper and the odor in the room was not pleasant after I was done cleaning I had to clean the air...
โThe rooms are immaculate. Mrs Bobbi, Jamal and Sanjita (I believe I spelled that right) are absolute sweethearts. They def make you feel welcome and take care of you like family!โ
โIt was very comfortable for what it was definitely a nice room to rest your head at when traveling for a little while. Not to modern but had everything you need to cook rest shower and even watch tv. โ
โCheck in was easy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property isnโt perfect but itโs not as awful as some reviewers posted. Itโs clean and comfortable. Perfect for a stay of a day or two. โ
โThis property was beautiful. The restaurant there was amazing and customer service was top tier. Hats off to the chefs. They definitely cooked that food with love. I went during some events they were throwing there because itโs also an event space. Even though they had the music going it wasnโt to loud. I still enjoyed my room very much. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โAfter another facility cancelled by reservations on the 4th this place was nice clean and accommodating I was not expecting that for the price I paid on the 4th thank youโ
