“Super nettes Personal, weiter so!!!”

“The staff stated that they would be at the reception desk until 2200. We got there at 2120 and they were in fact not there. We had to go to another hotel. When I went there the next morning the gentlemen at the reception desk told us it was our problem for not getting there sooner or calling when there was a problem. Also half the lights in the room did not work. Overall terrible experience with this hotel. Would not recommend.”

“It’s a perfectly good budget hotel. It’s basic, but good value. It’s out a bit, but the M8 and 18 tram pull up outside at Beilsteinerstraße and one tram stop away is Springpfuhl S-Bahn station with S7 and S75 lines. Very quiet residential area in beautiful top quality high rise socialist housing. Did the job fine and saved costs on a business trip. Helps if you know Berlin very well like I know it.”

“Ein Zimmer zum vergessen. Die Bilder passen 0, zu dem was man vorfindet. Klobrille war locker und der Abfluss dreckig. Das Zimmer sah aus wie in einer alten Jugendherberge, die hätte aber wohl wenigstens Handtücher und Seife gehabt was hier auch völlig gefehlt hat. Duschen haben wir uns die eine Nacht verkniffen da die Dusche völlig veraltet war, Duschkopf wie bei Oma und die Fugen einfach nur widerlich. Nie wieder!”

“Breakfast was great. smocked fish, brewed coffee, omelette etc. However, my room, which was on the 1st floor above the lobby, had very bad Wi-fi connection. in the bathroom there was enough connection but in the bedroom, the signal became so weak that it was disconnected. When I asked the staff, all they told me was to log back in. Additionally, believe it or not, I caught 14 mosquitoes in the room during the night. One might call it eco-friendly but not to me.”

“숙소 자체는 청결하고 공항과 역이 가까워 좋았습니다. 그러나 주변에 먹을 수 있는 식당이 없습니다.”

“Although it was around sub-zero temperature outside, my room's air was still cold at that time. Adjusting temperature was useless, because central air conditioner didn't heat up the air. ”

“아침 부페가 매우 맛있고 종류도 다양합니다. 다음에 베를린에 오면 다시 방문할 예정입니다!”
