“We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Location is unbeatable. I've used this hotel several times now (>5) as a 1-night stay for late/early flights.
The location is amazing for getting to/from the airport and car rentals.
The hotel itself is good; it's 'classic' decor can seem outdated, but it fits its style.
The room was clean, staff was friendly (as usual), and the breakfast is good.
A no-brainer for a 1/2 night stay while travelling or waiting for a connection.”

“Great reception by the employe name Marvin for our check in, horrible service and poor customer service skills from the night employee name Cristian, she refused to call a supervisor and couldn’t accommodate us to a different room due to ours not having running water. Camino real was my favorite place to stay in Managua but this last visit was a nightmare dealing with the night receptionist name Cristian, she was unhelpful unapologetic and rude at times”

“Our suite had white tile throughout. The large bathroom was modern and immaculate.
Very clean and friendly.
Quiet and clean neighborhood.
It is a short drive to the Gallerias mall. The unmarked taxi stand is across the street in front of the car wash.
This is our new favorite
The coffee and omelette we’re excellent

“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
